New ReviewerThe number for customer service listed on the internet is not working. They provide only an email to contact them, and their reply turn around is one week, very slow.
There was an error on my purchase and noticed it right away and tried to contact them. Only after my package shipped, a week after my initial contact, did they respond. I was told they would start a return ticket and it could take 4-8 weeks for my refund. Also, the cost of returning item I did not order was on me.
And when I asked repeatedly for a phone number to contact someone, I was told via email my issue has been resolved, or to call them. Yet no number is listed for me to do so.
However, it was a fault on their end. So Im paying money out of pocket to fix it, so I can be refunded for a product I did not purchase.
Monetary Loss: $21.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Pearson Education Pros: You can do it anywhere.
