Its simulations and test tells vague instructions that barely explains what it wants you to do. Half of the time it tells you your wrong because out of the 1000 difrent ways to do something you have to do it one way and it won't tell you the right way just to do it.
You can miss a whole question despite doing the other five parts corctly but get it wrong because the simulator doesn't tell you how it wants the last action completed despited you doing the last action. It can be something like "open file_name.zip" you click the only file by that name and you are wrong, right click go to open option wrong, open from file expoler wrong, doubble click wrong, do any of those again to open the stupid file question incorrect. Or how about the wonderfull times when the question is wrong when we misspell it, how about insted of a attemped being lost from not caping the first letter or missing one letter tha got skipped while typing, we get a little buble "that says close but fix it". If it doesn't get fixed then take off a attempt.
If a folder is hard to find maybe add instuctions to get there like settings and modes. It will say every folder to go to between "bussiness" and each folder all the way down to "pricing". If it wants to put a new mode on good luck finding the folder thats why searching is there but that mode might not be in results because its only the folder name. Some people never even seen a dell computer in there life so being told to do settings on a completly strange system needs more than one vague introduction corse.
yes I'm complaing a lot but I don't want my grade or my classmates grades to suffer from a faulty system. Please help us becaues when a program that works comes out teachers will switch programes because as students we need something that can help us learn not something that will cause us to faill.
