Pearson Education in San Francisco, California - Can't even sign in and I have a test due

This website just crashed and I have test due. This isn't the first time as the exact same thing happened last quarter. Why do instructors keep using Pearson labs? Not only does it continually mark right answers as wrong or switch around your answer and mark it wrong but the website crashed at least once per week. Not only that they advertise "contact our 24x7 customer service" THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. You cannot reach them no matter how hard you freaking try. There's a petition calling for professors not to use their product and I'm going to be signing up for it.

Pearson Education in Asheville, North Carolina - Absolute and complete failure please do not use

The website is constantly CONSTANTLY down, claiming "authentication failure,". Far too expensive for the large amount of issues. Pearson provides little to no customer service, and the waiting time for an online chat is on average 45 minutes. The system is not an efficient one. I spent over $200 and can assure you I did not get my moneys worth. My professors are fed up with their horrible and complete lack of responsibility. I am begging you not to purchase any type of software from Pearson, I can assure you that down the line you will come to regret it.

I have 3 assignments due and suddenly: "There is a problem with your authentication, possibly due to inactivity. For your safety, you have been logged out and must sign in again to continue." No chat, no phone number, no nothing. 5 minutes ago I had an A in this class - now I have a C. If assignments are due daily, then the site should operate daily. This platform will cost your students their grades and there won't be anything you can do about it. My professor is so frustrated with them she could just scream. Don't use this product!

Pearson Education - Outdated encryption for textbook servers

When I logged on to https://sso.rumba.pearsoncmg.com/sso/login?profile=snp&k12int=true&service=https://www.pearsonsuccessnet.com:443/snpapp/login/login.jsp , I got an alert from Google Chrome saying that it is using obsolete cryptography. I am very concerned about my privacy, especially considering the recent news about insecure websites. If this isn't fixed, hackers could find out passwords in a snap. In fact, there could be a breach already. Please fix this so that there is no possibility of students loosing their passwords. Upon logging in to Pearson MyLab, the error message "There is a problem with your authentication, possibly due to inactivity. For your safety, you have been logged out and must sign in again to continue." persists. I am unable to reach customer support through their toll-free number as well as through their "live-chat". I understand that they are most likely overwhelmed with users attempting to access their content, but seeing as it is final exam time for myself and many other University students, it is pathetic that their support system is unable to handle this issue. I will not be purchasing ANY Pearson products in the future.

I have to do a excel review on this *** sight for a test that you have to take the review first. The test is in 2 days.

Im going to fail thanks to this. I have called and called but they wont answer any number and I have tried the live service twice for over an hour and they wont answer even after the timer goes off.

Hmmmm I'm having the exact same problem, so it doesn't seem we're alone. Tried everything from changing my password to deleting cookies/cache... Hopefully they address the issue ASAP

The same exact issue is happening for myself and all of my friends for our World Religion class on MyReligonLab! We need it to access the study guide content for our exam tomorrow, but all of us are getting this issue!

I CANNOT GET BACK INTO HOMEWORK AFTER GOING TO DIFFERENT SECTIONS, NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM EXCEPT THROUGH TEACHER, HARD TIME LKOGGING IN, AND LOGS YOU OUT. CAN'T FIND MY COURSE MOST OF TIME. ISN'T WORTH THE MONEY OR TIME. SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE THEIR BUSINESS. NOT CAPABLE OF RUNNING AND PROVIDING SERVICES. THEY ARE LIKE MANY OF THE OTHER BOOK PUBLISHERS.
