Pearson Education - No customer service
I am trying to adopt a text book for a beginning Spanish Course at a university. I need 2 simple questions answered about using the online version of the book from which to teach. I sent 5 emails to different people over 3 days. I asked them to call me as there is no phone number for them. Their response to my 2 questions was to send a desk copy of the text. I already have a copy, that is why I have the questions. They are not listening and they do not help me, the lowly consumers. I am going to order a book from Vista Higher Learning. It is a pity because I really liked the book Hoy Dia.

Pearson Education - Refund Help
I’ve made several attempts to get a refund for an access code I did not use. Please call me at 1 (662) 436-4356. The online option is useless.
Pearson Education - All I want is a receipt.
Ridiculous. I didn’t get a receipt when I bought the book. I’ve called once and emailed customer service twice asking for a receipt so I can be reimbursed by my financial aid. No reply, no reply, no reply. Calling today, last straw. Rude customer service lady and she said I needed a different number. It shouldn’t be this hard to reach a person in your customer service department!!!

How on earth could you guys not possibly support the newest version of MacOS? Pathetic. I've waited to see if you guys would update it the ENTIRE SEMESTER and nothing!! Me missing out on these video example is really killing me!!

Pearson Education - Requested refund three months ago
More than three months ago I requested a refund for a Psychology book purchased through Pearson in the form of a check. I haven’t received the refund and when I cannot customer service I’m being told the situation is resolved when clearly it hasn’t been.
