Pearson Education - Horrible

1. Its expensive 2. They always say your correct answers are wrong if they are not the exact way they have (ex: "your answer=3x+5" "correct answer=5+3x" 3. Every "single problem" will actual be a question with 7 different different questions, so that small "22 question" assignment is really 154 questions. 4. If your confused and looking for help, 90% of the time the demonstration videos dont load. 5.Just another way college can steal hundreds of dollars from you without actually teaching anything! Would never recommend. awful

Pearson Education - Textbook question

I called and the first support person was very nice but the person she tranfered me to was not very helpful. I been using Pearson since Spring of 2000 and i have never incountered this type of behavior. I hope this doesnt happened again or I will take my book orders to another publishing company.

Michael Kelly, Dir, Disabilities Services at Siena College, Loudonville NY, 5187834239 I placed a request for an extext ISBN978-0-13-449251-3, Principles of Marketing Book,with Access Text and provided a receipt from the student from the Siena bookstore . I was directed to Vital Source for the book, but unable to download their app to secure the book so I can provide to the student. Not sure why you simply cant send me the extext version since this book was actually purchased without going thru another third party for accessibility. Thank you
