Worst Customer Service Ever

I called because Pearson sent my order without a my brady lab code. The lady told me she had to consult with her manager and they would email me within 48 hours about what to do. No email sent... I called back and am now on my third attempt because the first two representative decided to hang up on me after putting me on hold for 20 minutes.

Notation accepted is so specific and is not even aligned with standard notational practices are. This software seems like it was designed as a prank that went out of control.

Details
Spend 140 dollars for access to a class. This piece of *** website only runs in windows *** explorer in 2019 this *** doesn't work on any other browser. Worst thing is is that the *** in the textbook I bought. French is much better and eloquently handled in free online videos and cheaper consumer level books. No way to return these products either.

Literally the Worst

Details
I have been on hold with them for over an hour, after being told it would only be a few minutes. Just for someone to answer and then transfer me to someone else, on hold for another 30 minutes. I dont have anymore time to wait so now i have to hang up and eat the time i just wasted. Thanks for nothing.

I have called nearly four times for help on my textbook and pearson support has constantly been busy and the waiting time is completely wrong. They said the wait time is 4 minutes and it took more than 20 minutes before I had to hang up and rush to class. This is so unprofessional and I cannot stress how much anger and stress this has caused me. I am a busy college student and I dont have time to wait around for pearson to call me. This is extremely annoying and I can hands down say I have never received worse customer support than Pearson. What a horrible experience after paying $70.00 to use it and the ebook not even working.

I have spent two hours trying to get to someone who can expedite my getting a desk copy for the class that begins on Monday! I keep getting referred in circles. Useless phone nos. and web support!

Their customer service is ceremonial. You cannot talk to the sales representative. You cannot talk to someone who can resolve your issue. No sense of urgency. They send you a note saying if your issue is not resolved contact us in two week. Then, you contact them, then, you will receive the same note.
