Pearson Education in Durham, North Carolina - ON LINE ORDER

Ordered book on line since the company according to the college failed to print and ship the amount of books request by the college. The day after we ordered, the other half of the books were delivered to the college. Called the company to tell them to cancel order as well as canceled online and they shipped 24 hours later after we cancel and charge my account. Sent book back once we received it and a week after receiving confirmation from the post office that the book was returned had to call the company to inquire about my refund. They cannot find where the book was returned in the system-- stated " It is probably here but not enter yet." and also proceeded to tell me it will take 6-8 weeks for them to refund my purchase once it get entered. This is ridiculous!

Pearson Education in Newbury, New Hampshire - CONTACT WITH A HUMAN IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE!

I have just spend 30 minutes trying to locate a product and then a phone number without success on either! If I could change curriculum products immediately I would as I have totally had it with Pearson. Each year, orders are incorrect and return policies are a hassle and now this huge waste of time tops it all off! In addition to this, I went to search for a rep in my areas and put in the first 3 numbers of my zip code only to find my school was not listed. In fact very few schools were. I have been using this same product in my school for the past 7 years. Next year, aiming for a change...better company will be the priority!

Pearson Education in Laredo, Texas - Access code not workink

i bought n access code for the mastering a&p i registered my code but was asked to submit my class course id every time i logged in being the first time i had ever used it i ever used it i thought it was normal or for security purposes until my grades are finally due i fail my class thanks to this access code not working i need a refund if possible another code for my class being retaken. i really dont know what the problem is or if it can be fixed but i need it resolved as soon as possible
