Pearson Education - Failed to provide service and a refund

I bought an access code for a class. Pearson messed up and none of the book worked for our entire class. They agreed to give us refunds but only in the form of a gift card. This is unacceptable.

Pearson Education - Charged me twice

I have been charged twice for material. On september 6th I called to tell them. It is now September 21st and I call daily. They tell me they have issed a credit & it takes 5-10 days now its 10-15 days & still no money!! I am on the phone for a half hour every day trying to get this resolved!
