No way to contact rep., get instructor materials

It should be an easy thing for an educator using your textbook to get a test bank, power points and other learning materials. It's not. The toll free number doesn't work-- call fail. All I can get is a website where I have to enter my contact information. Then I never hear from them. Website does not give a link to customer support reps., it only circles back to the write-in-contact-information page. Ridiculous. Dr. Carol F. Black cblack@***.edu

Website sucks

My Pearson account was locked for no reason. Pearson says I have a charge on my account. I never even put my card info into the website. I was looking up my code to just get on the website and it took me to a different page. Tried calling customer service and no one answered.

Do not purchase this product

I have been sitting here like an idiot for 40 minutes as of right now. I am fuming, as such a simple matter of e Textbook help for my upcoming test cannot be solved at a time such as 2 pm - 4 pm. I wonder if they like *** off customers because I called the general line with help and they responded immediately, only to have my call transferred to an offshore Indian benchode "help"line. To future authors - get a working phone number.

I am trying to check on a 1099 form. I have left messages; I have sent an email. No one responds. Phone mail boxes are full. Does anyone work at Pearson?? I found another phone number for customer service. It is no longer valid. I would like to file my income taxes but cannot without the 1099 form from Pearson. HELP!

Have not recieved 14 day access code

I requested a 14 day access code to use until my employer (Ford Motor Company) pays for my access. It has been over 12 hours and I have not received it. I am unable to keep up with my class until I get this code. Brian G Martinez friskey127@***.com

Absolutely not, my whole experience has been absolute ***

Because of the *** racket you are running, exploiting people for every penny they have when all they are trying to do is further their education, already paying $3,500 per semester and you have the audacity to charge $250 for a textbook that is needed for one semester, with no option to rent or return and a repurchase that I would assume is no more than $30, and on top of it, the inability to purchase the "mylab" without purchasing a book from you, I was forced to purchase the mylab with an accompanying e-text, when if given the option I would have rented the book from Amazon for $28 and purchased the my lab separately. However, this is where my horrific experience just began. Instead of just emailing me a code and e-text, I waited around for a week with one finger up my *** and the other picking my nose while I was shipped, something I surprisingly didn't have to pay for but was an absolute waste of time and resources, a piece of paper with a printed code on it. I have yet to speak with the chair of the department for this particular class, as she REQUIRES all of her teachers to assign their students homework via MyLab. I'm not sure whether the instructors, the chairs, the school or all the above get some kickback from forcing students to purchase this MyLab, but at the ABSOLUTE minimum of $100 per person, per class (mind you some people spent upwards of $170 since they wanted a hard copy of the text), is $2000 - $12,000. I was unable to access my account due to the awful UI of their website, unable to call for support and only email which would take "no more than 24 hours to get back to." This has been a truly horrifying experience. This racket is disgusting and as God is my witness I will see to it this insanity is brought to an end. You people and this system are disgusting, vile, inexcusable, human refuse.

I paid for the wrong class

Im in the military and just got back from being on leave and enrolled for school. I had a schedule change and I no longer need the biology class I paid for on Pearson and now I need the Precalc course. Can you please help? Lost access code

None of the numbers provided work.I was not able to talk to a representative at all. What happened and my issue, was that I had an access code and I lost it. I need to speak to somebody to help me upgrade my access on the Pearson website before my free trial expires

Pearson Education - Order not processed but i was charged
I paid for the e-book i needed (merchandising mathematics 5th edition) and i charged my wells fargo account (i included a screenshot for proof) but it says i have no order history and no digital purchases. i have an assignment that is due in a bit that i needed information from the book for, so if theres any way i could get access to it quickly i would really appreciate it.

Check your account before ordering they never answer

I have an online subscription but I also bought an access code by mistake I would like to return the access code. I was told by someone who emailed me that was I was able to just send the access code back for a refund without loosing my online subscription. I have been emailing back and forth and have been having difficulty getting in touch with people. I just wanna talk to someone and figure out what is going on with my access and subscription.
